Deb’s Picks for the Sagittarius/Gemini Full Moon — Expand your horizons!

Bow & arrow on Full Moon

I feel like a broken record these last many months (years?!), talking about the roller coaster of life, the “best of times and worst of times”.

And while that all continues, I’m choosing to totally embrace the expansive, optimistic, adventurous energy of the Sagittarius Full Moon on Tuesday, June 14th! Frankly, I think it’s the only way to stay sane in these crazy times.

I’ve talked about my own morning “meds” that ground and center me (you can read about them HERE), and tapping into the energies of the Full and New Moons each month definitely help, too.

New Moons occur when the Sun and Moon are in the same zodiac sign. You get an idea of how you can capitalize on that vibe when I send out the notices for my New Moon SisterCircles each month and offer a theme for the circle.

Embracing the Sagittarius Full Moon to open your perspective.

On the Full Moons, the Sun and Moon are in opposite signs so we have two cosmic energies to play with. Sag is all about clearing away limitations, stagnation and pessimism to make room for new adventures. That can mean traveling to different, exotic places in the world, but also inner journeys of the deep soul-diving variety. And when you factor in the air-y Gemini mental energy, you tap into the urge to learn new things, then communicate what you’ve learned.

So a powerful way to integrate the Sag/Gemini combo on this Full Moon is literally to embark on your own “curriculum” of uplifting, spiritual exploration. Sounds pretty yummy to me right now, how about you?

You’ll find a few “Picks” to jumpstart your journey below…

And of course, I also did my Full Moon TeleMeditation on Tuesday, June 14th when we dove in to Sagittarius’ positive, expansive energy to set our intentions for the new directions we want to take on our soul path.  You can listen to the recording HERE and if you want to join us live in the coming months, you can see all the future dates HERE.

THE WELLNESS UNIVERSE (WU) LOUNGE

I’ve been a member of WU for 2 1/2 years now and continue to be blown away by all the personal and professional support they offer. So I’m super excited about their latest offering — a donation-based suite of courses, shows, and events called “Wellness for All” that makes self-care, self-growth, and well-being accessible to all. It’s offered through their unique platform, The Lounge, and there’s a HUGE array of terrific programs throughout the summer. Then, in September, I’ll be offering virtual New Moon Circles there for all you folks who can’t make it to the in-person ones I do in NYC! Definitely check it out now in the light of this spiritually dynamic Sag Full Moon… then come join me in September.

MAGICAL JOURNEY TO EGYPT w/ BARBARA BIZIOU  Sept. 26 — Oct. 8

If you’re looking for a powerful journey with some of that exotic Sag spirit, My dear goddess-sister, Barbara, has brought together two transformational tour guides who will lead private visits into some of the great pyramids. In addition to the visits to the temples, pyramids, and museums, you’ll have the opportunity to travel on a luxury boat down the River Nile for several days that is reserved for your group only. POSITIVE NEWS PLATFORMS

I’ve highlighted a bunch of these before, but frankly, you can never get enough! And of course it fits perfect with the optimistic vibe of this Sag Full Moon. I tapped into them early on in the pandemic and they continue to uplift me. I wanted to give you just a taste to get you exploring on your own (literally, just google “positive news”) — GNN is terrific, as is Positive News, and if you’re on Instagram, my favorites are @delightfulnews and  @goodnews_movement  Add them to your daily practice.

BREATH: THE NEW SCIENCE OF A LOST ART” BY JAMES NESTOR

So, tapping into Gemini’s mental/learning/reading half of this Full moon — not to mention, it’s an AIR sign — you MUST get this book! Elizabeth Gilbert (of “Eat, Pray, Love” fame) says it’s “a fascinating scientific, cultural, spiritual, and evolutionary history of the way humans breathe—and how we’ve all been doing it wrong for a long, long time. I already feel calmer and healthier just in the last few days”. It’s riveting, believe it or not — inhale it yourself and you’ll see!
